| A graduate of the Toya Institute of Art & Design, Roy Takii began his career working in commercial advertising and graphic design. Although formally trained in two-dimensional design, Roy has discovered an immense appreciation for the three dimensional world of faceted crystal. This talented young man has created a number of stunning crystal sculptures over the past several years, including the heartwarming Bambi and Thumper. Perhaps Roy's favorite personal work of art is his latest limited edition piece, Enchanted Dragon, a tribute to the legendary creature of myth and fable. From crystal fish to crystal dragons to crystal flowers to crystal wildlife, Roy Takii's crystal figurines are the stuff of legend. |
