If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to CRYSTAL WORLD for a full refund, no questions asked, provided the item is postmarked within 30 days of original receipt and item is returned in Original, Sellable Condition.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, including gift box and outside shipping carton, CRYSTAL WORLD reserves the right to either refuse to issue a refund or to charge a restocking fee. Please see below regarding items that arrive damaged. Pay close attention to proper, safe shipping and handling methods. Please use Registered Mail, UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or another secure and trackable shipping method. Insurance is recommended.
Any claims for damage or shortage in shipment should be reported within seven days after the receipt of the shipment. Crystal World will issue a prepaid return label only for legitimate claims of items damaged during shipment or defective merchandise. For any other reason, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping.
In any case, the buyer must contact Customer Service and receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Any unauthorized returns will be discarded after 30 days.
All items being returned must come back in the original gift box with foam, and then Double Boxed in a shipping carton. All loose components must be wrapped separately to prevent further damage. The Call Tag + RA# (Return Authorization Number) must be placed on the outside carton (RA# can be written). Customers may be responsible for additional damages that are incurred due to improperly packed returns.
